This page describes how the portal of 3Cycle srl (hereinafter also “Company”) is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of the users who consult it. This is an information provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ‘General Data Protection Regulation’ (hereinafter also “RGPD”) and the national legislation in force for the protection of personal data of those who interact with the site from the address https://3cycle.it/ and not for other external websites and possibly connected to this one through links.

Purposes of the processing
As a result of consulting this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The data provided freely and voluntarily by users are acquired and processed in compliance with the rules established by the Regulations for the following purposes:

  • Provision of the requested service;
  • Response to an application received through the form in the “Contact Us” section or through ordinary e-mail address;
  • Evaluation of spontaneous applications sent through the form present in the “Job” section;
  • with reference to navigation data, checking the proper functioning of the website and carrying out statistical evaluations.

Optional provision of data
Apart from what is specified below for navigation data, the user is free to voluntarily provide the personal data reported in the registration forms or interface to the various services of the site https://3cycle.it/. Failure to provide certain personal data, in the forms and communications requesting information, suggestions or reports of the site or otherwise conferred in the course of telephone contacts with the structures of the Company, can only result in the impossibility of obtaining a response to what was reported or requested.

Type of data processed
Personal data provided voluntarily by the user – The user voluntarily provides certain personal data (name, surname, email, etc.) for the fulfillment of the purposes of the individual Services offered by 3Cycle srl. These data are collected following the completion of specific forms, present in various sections of the website or as a consequence of sending e-mails to the Data Controller to the e-mail addresses provided; some data are indispensable to offer appropriate feedback to requests made by users. In any case, the processing of sensitive and judicial data is excluded, which, if provided voluntarily by the user, will be duly deleted.

Navigation data – The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or computer domain names used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it is working properly, and are kept for the minimum period required by the regulations in force. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Disclosure and dissemination of personal data
The data collected and processed is not transferred to Companies or other entities outside the EU territory. Processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the Data Controller and is handled only by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller, or by any third party suppliers in charge of occasional maintenance operations, appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.

Modalities of revocation of consent and data retention time
For the revocation of specific consents, it is possible to contact the Data Controller at the address provided for the exercise of the rights ex art.15 et seq. of the RGPD indicated in the next paragraph of this policy.
The criteria used, in order to determine the period of storage of personal data, are those suggested by the Italian regulations in force on the subject of storage and, in any case, compliance with the principles of lawfulness, necessity and proportionality, as well as the purposes for which the data were conferred.
Specifically:

  • data connected to requests for information and services made by users will be kept for the time strictly necessary to satisfy the aforementioned requests;
  • data related to spontaneous applications received through the “Job” section will be kept for a period of time equal to 12 months from the authorization to the processing;
